A: Should you have dietary needs our Campus Dining Services Program can accommodate your special dietary requirements. For more information, please contact Cindy Hickman at 707-7184.
Q: One of the food service workers was rude to me. Who do I talk to about that?
A: Any of our managers would be happy to listen to your concerns about the staff and will take care of the situation promptly. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses for each of our managers can be found on the Meet the Team section.
Q: Where else, besides the cafeteria, can I go on campus for food?
A: The Hub, which is located in the RSC
Q: My grandma has a great recipe that I would love to see in the dining hall. How can I do that?
A: You can submit the recipe in our fave five area, and we'll take it from there!
Q: What are Flex Dollars?
A: Flex is money that can be used in either the cafe, or the hub to purchase meals.
Q: I lost my meal card. What next?
A: Lost or stolen ID cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you, go to the student development office. A fee of $10 will be charged for replacement cards.
Q: I have classes when lunch is served. What do I do?
A: The cafe offers boxed lunches that are availble for students in your situation, or you can get a meal exchange at the hub, (if your meal plan allows). Or you can purchase a meal at the hub with flex dollars.
